Indoor Trainer Workouts
Triathlon-led trainer workouts:
Tuesday: 6am, 7:30am, 4:30pm, 6pm
Thursday: 7:30am
Please note that weekly cycling-led trainer workouts have ended, due to the race season and beautiful weather. However the tri team is still running the above workouts. These workouts are held on the 2nd floor track in CARD GYM — you can get there by going up the steps to the right of the card-swipe desk in Wilson Gym. For people new to trainer workouts: bring your bike. You will set it up on a stationary trainer and ride your bike in place. These are great workouts for people who are on the team and want to ride with other people but are concerned about the speed of rides. It’s all stationary, so you can’t get dropped! Final notes: Please make sure that the track is completely clean and all equipment is put away before you leave these workouts, and also DO NOT bring your bike into Wilson Gym (ie – locker rooms, climbing wall area, quenchers), other than to go upstairs to the track above Card Gym.
